This Brewster's Warbler posed nicely for Moe Aderman on the 4th along Sour Springs Road, Basom, NY. This is the more commonly encountered hybrid between Blue-winged x Golden-winged Warblers.

This Acadian Flycatcher was photographed on territory by Bill Massaro at Ayers Stevenson Preserve in southern Erie County. This species is a local breeder in the southern tier along wooded ravines, especially where Hemlock trees are present.

In farnham on the 11th, this beautiful Cerulean Warbler was seen catching and carrying food to its young just moments after this photo was taken. You just never know what you're going to see when atlasing!
